摘　　要：《政府购买公共图书馆运营服务研究》是一部研究公共文化服务社会化发展理论和实践的重要著作。该书以基层图书馆为主要研究对象,对基层图书馆社会化运营的国际经验、发展现状、实践案例、完善路径进行系统、翔实的论述。本文对书中阐述不足之处进行思考,并对公共文化服务供给侧改革背景下基层图书馆社会化运营的发展趋向进行探讨。Research on Government Purchase of Public Library Operation Service is an important work on the theory and practice of socialized development of public cultural service.This book takes the basic library as the main research object,and systematically and thoroughly discusses the international experience,development status,practical cases and improvement path of the socialization operation of the basic library.This paper reflects on the shortcomings of the book,and discusses the development trend of the socialized operation of grassroots libraries under the background of the supply-side reform of public cultural services.
