承社会之责 聚业界之力 作参与之为——全国生态文明示范市公共图书馆联合体成立有感

摘　　要：为纪念“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念提出15周年而成立的全国生态文明示范市公共图书馆联合体(简称“联合体”),吹响图书馆界联合参与国家生态文明战略的“集结号”,是图书馆界参与生态文明建设的标志性事件,其发展具有重要意义,值得关注和期待。从承社会之责、聚业界之力、作参与之为三个方面分析“联合体”对生态文明建设和图书馆参与建设生态文明的作用,建议“联合体”立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,通过加强自身建设和获得外部支持做大做强、行稳致远。The National Ecological Civilization Demonstration City Public Library Consortium(referred to as the“Consortium”), established to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the concept of“Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver”, sounds the“assembly”of the library community’s joint participation in the National Ecological Civilization Strategy. It is a landmark event for the library community to participate in the construction of ecological civilization, which development is of great significance and deserves attention and expectation. This paper analyzes the role of the“Consortium”in the construction of ecological civilization and the library’s participation in the construction of ecological civilization from three aspects: taking the responsibility of the society, gathering the power of the industry, and participating in it.And it suggests that the“Consortium”should be based on a new development stage, implement new development concepts, build a new development pattern, and become bigger and stronger by strengthening self-construction and obtaining external support, so that the“Consortium”can achieve stability and long-term development.
