摘 要:新疆油田某区块原油由于其乳化性质,导致混输泵站集输压力高于软件模拟值,面临集输成本和能耗增加的问题。针对此问题,结合该区块乳化原油转向点特性、黏壁温度特性及破乳剂破乳效果,利用PIPEPHASE水力热力学计算模型对加热降黏、破乳降黏和掺水降黏进行对比分析,优选出掺水降黏工艺,并在现场成功应用。掺水至含水率达80%以上,原油黏度降低82%,外输压力下降44%,节约加热耗气37.8×10^(4)m^(3)/a、耗电25.5×10^(4)kWh/a,可实现节约费用49.635万元/a。Due to the emulsifying nature of crude oil in a block of Xinjiang oilfield,the gathering and transportation pressure of mixed transportation pump station is higher than the software simulation prediction value,which faces the problems of increased gathering cost and energy consumption.In view of this problem,combined with the characteristics of the turning point of emulsified crude oil,the characteristics of viscosity wall temperature and the effect of demulsifier demulsification in this block,the PIPEPHASE hydraulic thermodynamic calculation model is used to compare and analyze the heating viscosity reduction,demulsification viscosity reduction and blending water viscosity reduction,and the blending water viscosity reduction process is optimized and successfully applied in the field.When blending water is up to more than 80%water content,the crude oil viscosity is reduced by 82%.The external transmission pressure is decreased by 44%,saving the heating gas consumption by 37.8×104 m3/a and the power consumption 25.5×104 kWh/a,result in cost savings of 496350 yuan per year.
