摘  要:随着油田的持续开采,杏北油田基于“长冲程、大泵径、低冲次”及杆柱优化组合等优化理念进行参数和工具优化,“十三五”期间机采井系统效率提升较多,但是后期系统效率提升较难,挖潜空间缩小,延长检泵周期的手段和方法逐渐减少。通过应用新型塔架式抽油机(以下统称为塔架机),从机采井举升设备上,提供了机采设备提质增效的基础,为发挥新型节能抽油机的整体运行效果,开展塔架机高效举升技术研究,研究形成了塔架机高效举升配套技术,实现了塔架机运行指标先进、节能效果显著、作业运维成本低的目标,形成可复制、能推广的机采系统技术管理提效新模式,共应用塔架机125台,年可实现节电274×104 kWh,创造经济效益192万元。With the continuous exploitation of oilfield,Xingbei Oilfield has been optimizing the parameters and tools based on the optimization concepts of"long stroke,large pump diameter,low stroke times"and optimized combination of rods and columns.During the"13th Five Year Plan"period,the efficiency of mechanical production well system has been improved a lot,but it is difficult to improve the system efficiency in the later period.The space for tapping potential has been shrunk,and the means and methods of extending the pump inspection cycle have been gradually decreasing.By applying new tower-frame pumping unit(hereinafter referred to as tower-frame units),the basis for improving the quality and efficiency of mechanical production equipment is provided from the lifting equipment of mechanical production wells.In order to give full play to the overall operation effect of the new energy conversation pumping units,the research on efficient lifting technology of towerframe units has been carried out,and the supporting technology for efficient lifting of tower units has been developed,which achieves the goal of advanced tower-frame unit operating index,significant energy conversation effect,and low operation and maintenance cost and forms a new model for the technical management of machine mining system that can be replicated and promoted to improve efficiency.A total of 125 tower-frame units are applied,and annual power saving is 274×104 kWh,creating economic benefits of 1.92 million yuan.
