摘  要:加热炉是油气站场用能环节中的重要设备,其能耗占总能耗的80%~90%,因此对加热炉进行能耗分析和评价显得尤为重要。通过对加热炉进行热量平衡分析,建立了能耗指标体系,根据行业规范确定能效对标的指标因素及标杆值;采用博弈论组合赋权的方法计算指标权重,并引入综合评价系数反映指标对能效的综合影响程度。结果表明,排烟温度对加热炉能耗的影响最大,其次为过剩空气系数和不完全燃烧热损失;通过一元线性回归,可以定量调节各项指标至标杆值,并预测优化后的热效率值,针对不合格指标提出增效措施。研究结果可为油气站场提质增效提供理论依据。The heating furnace is an important equipment in the energy consumption link of oil and gas station,and its energy consumption accounts for 80%~90%of the total energy consumption.Hence,it is particularly important to analyze and evaluate the energy consumption of heating furnace.Through the heat balance analysis of heating furnace,the index system of energy consumption is established,and the index factors and benchmark values of energy efficiency benchmarking are determined according to the industry specifications.The index weight is calculated by using a game-theoretic combination weighting method,and the comprehensive evaluation coefficient is introduced to reflect the comprehensive impact degree of the index on energy efficiency.The results show that the exhaust temperature has the greatest influence on the energy consumption of heating furnace,followed by the excess air coefficient and the heat loss from incomplete combustion.Through unitary linear regression,the indexes can be quantitatively adjusted to the benchmark value.The optimized thermal efficiency value can be predicted,and the efficiency measures are proposed for the unqualified indexes.The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of oil and gas stations.
