摘 要:目前多数油田开发已步入中后期,因原油黏度大、物性差等原因,引发抽油杆柱下行困难,抽油泵效低,运行能耗大等问题,稠油难采在不同程度上影响着原油采收率。大港油田第三采油厂通过优化应用电动潜油螺杆泵举升工艺,在原有工艺基础上与内衬油管技术相结合,通过升级机组材质、优化运行参数等举措,平均生产周期由210 d延长至600余天,累计增油2100 t,节约电费88.4万元,实现了油井节能降耗、提液增油、延长生产周期的目的,有效提高了油井原油采收率,为稠油难采技术的推广提供了借鉴意义。At present,most oilfields have entered the middle and late stages of development.Due to the high viscosity and poor physical properties of crude oil,it is difficult to lower the rod string,low pump efficiency,high energy consumption and other problems.The difficult recovery of heavy oil is affected the crude oil recovery in varying degrees.The third oil production plant of Dagang oilfield,by optimizing the application of the lifting process of the electric submersible screw pump,combining the original process with the lined tubing technology,upgrading the unit material,optimizing the operating parameters and other measures,has extended the average production cycle from 210 days to more than 600 days,increased oil by 2100 t in total,saved 884000 yuan in electricity costs,achieved the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction,fluid extraction and oil increase,extended the production cycle,and effectively improved the crude oil recovery of the oil well.It provides a reference for the popularization of heavy oil recovery technology.
