摘　　要：推进科技资源开放共享服务是科技平台建设的重要目标,也是提升国家创新体系效能的重要因素。在系统梳理近年来科技资源开放共享服务工作机制的基础上,总结科技资源开放共享与服务取得的成效,分析贯彻落实新发展理念、实现科技自立自强对深化科技资源开放共享服务的需求,提出进一步强化科技资源开放共享服务的措施建议。Promoting the open and sharing service of scientific and technical(S&T) resources is not only an important goal of the construction of S&T infrastructure, but also an important factor to enhance the effectiveness of the national innovation system. On the basis of systematically analyzing the current S&T resources open and sharing service working mechanism at the national level, this paper summarizes the progress and effectiveness of actual open and sharing service of S&T resources, explores the demand of implementing new development concepts and achieving self-reliance in S&T for deepening the open and sharing service of S&T resources, and finally provides some suggestions to further strengthen the open and sharing service of S&T resources.
