关于提升学术期刊社会影响力问题的思考——以生物医学工程类期刊为例

摘　　要：中国学术期刊在我国建设世界科技强国和社会主义文化强国过程中发挥着重要的作用,但目前我国学术期刊的社会影响力还比较有限。以国内15种中英文生物医学工程类期刊为研究对象,从更名情况、出版时滞、Altmetric指标、公众号建设等角度分析其国内外的社会影响力。分析研究表明,我国生物医学工程类期刊,以双月刊为主,期刊名称较为稳定,出版时滞整体上与国际水平相差不大,平均为168天,国际期刊为156天。但在国内外的社会影响力表现上都还有较大提升的空间。建议中国学术期刊应加强品牌建设,充分发挥社交媒体的作用,尽可能拓展传播渠道,借助重要数据库平台,跟踪国内外重要评价体系的研究方法来提升学术期刊的社会影响力。Chinese academic journals play an important role in the process of China’s construction of a world power in science and technology and a socialist cultural power, but the social influence of China’s academic journals is still limited. By taking 15 Chinese and English biomedical engineering journals as the research objects, this paper analyzes their social influence at home and abroad from the perspectives of name change, publication delay, Altmetric index, and public account construction. The analysis shows that Chinese biomedical engineering journals, mainly bimonthly, are stable in journal names, and the publication delay is 168 days on average, which is not much different from the international ones. However, there is still room for improvement in the performance of social influence at home and abroad. It is suggested that Chinese academic journals should strengthen brand building, give full play to the role of social media,expand communication channels as much as possible, and improve the social influence of academic journals by tracking the research methods of domestic and foreign important evaluation systems with the help of important database platforms.
