补中益气汤联合穴位敷贴对功能性消化不良患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补中益气汤联合穴位敷贴对脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月福建中医药大学附属人民医院消化科收治的功能性消化不良患者58例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组29例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予补中益气汤联合穴位敷贴治疗,观察2组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,采用中医证候积分评价2组患者的中医症状,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的变化,采用尼平消化不良指数(NDI)评定2组患者生命质量。结果:联合干预后,观察组患者治疗有效性显著高于对照组,用药不良反应生率显著低于对照组,观察组痞满隐痛、上腹烧灼、纳差而饱、嗳气不爽各项积分均显著低于对照组,观察组睡眠指标显著优于对照组,观察组NDI指数和生命质量评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合穴位敷贴治疗效果确切,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提升患者的睡眠及生命质量,促使患者胃肠功能改善,有利于病情恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupoint application on sleep quality of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods:A total of 58 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,while the observation group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupoint application.The treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups were observed.TCM syndrome scores were used to evaluate the TCM symptoms of 2 groups.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality of 2 groups,and Nipine Dyspepsia Index(NDI)was used to evaluate the quality of life between 2 groups.Results:After combined intervention,the treatment effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower than the control group,the scores of fullness and dull pain,upper abdominal burning,poor receptacle and satiety and eructation were significantly lower than the control group,the sleep index of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the NDI index and life quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,there were significant differences between the 2 groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupoint application has definite therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve patient′s clinical symptoms,improve patient′s sleep quality and quality of life,improve patient′s gastrointestinal function,and contribute to the recovery of the disease.
