摘　　要：建设东北亚空箱调运中心是上海港在新发展格局下作出的重大战略决策。文章阐述了空箱分布不均衡性对港口航运业的不利影响,分析了上海港建设东北亚空箱调运中心的重要意义和基础条件。在此基础上,提出了上海港建设东北亚空箱调运中心的发展路径,有利于促进上海国际航运中心能级提升、支撑区域经济高质量发展。Building the Northeast Asia Empty Container Transportation Center(NAECTC) is an important strategic decision made by Shanghai Port under the new development paradigm. This paper expounds the adverse effects of the unbalanced distribution of empty containers on the port and shipping industry.Then, it analyzes the significance and basic conditions for Shanghai Port to build the NAECTC. On this basis, the development routes of building the NAECTC is put forward, which is conducive both to promote the competitiveness improvement of Shanghai International Shipping Center and to support the high quality development of regional economy.
