摘 要:大城市停车换乘系统总体发展相对滞后,与轨道交通和机动车发展水平不匹配。通过系统剖析P+R停车场在规划、建设、运营各层面存在的问题,借鉴国外城市的先进经验,从城市和交通协调的角度出发对停车换乘系统发展理念进行了思考,从规建管全链条提出了发展优化建议,以促进城市停车换乘系统良性发展,优化城市出行结构。其中优化建议包括强化停车专项规划刚性指导,结合城市空间结构动态优化布局,用地选址要考虑换乘便利性,结合轨道站点综合开发建设,通过信息化建设和差别化保障换乘专用性。The development of the park and ride in large cities is relatively lagging behind, which does not match the development level of rail transit and motor vehicles. In order to promote the healthy development of park and ride and optimize the urban travel structure, this paper systematically analyzes the problems of park and ride in planning, construction and operation, draws on the advanced experience of foreign cities, and considers the development concept of park and ride system from the perspective of urban and traffic coordination,and puts forward development optimization suggestions from the planning,construction and management chain: strengthen the status of special planning for parking, dynamically optimizing layout combined with urban spatial structure,the location selection should consider the convenience of transfer, combined with the comprehensive development and construction of rail stations, ensure transfer specificity through information construction and differentiation.
