摘  要:为探究含硫气田水除硫过程能耗及碳排放的情况,以比能耗分析法和碳排放系数法为基础,采用单位能耗和单位碳排放为评价指标,结合相关性分析、敏感性分析和回归分析等统计学方法,分析了能耗、碳排放与水处理量和进水硫化物之间的关系。结果表明,含硫气田水除硫过程以直接能耗和能耗碳排放为主,单位能耗和碳排放分别为18.20 kWh/m^(3)和12.93 kgCO_(2)e/m^(3)。能耗和碳排放与水处理量之间呈现一定的规模效应,且具有高度的相关性。敏感性分析表明节能减排须重点关注水处理能耗的降低,可采取集中规模化处理、根据产水量变化优化调整装置运行负荷和药剂加注、优化提升气提除硫效率等措施,以达到节能减排的目的。In order to analyze the energy consumption and carbon emission of sour water desulfurization process in sulfur-bearing gas fields,based on the specific energy consumption analysis method and carbon emission coefficient method,and combining correlation analysis,sensitivity analysis,regression analysis,and other statistical methods,the relationship between energy consumption&carbon emission and water treatment volume&the influent sulfide concentration are investigated by using the unit energy consumption and unit carbon emission as the evaluation indicators.The results show that the sour water desulfurization process in sulfur-bearing gas fields is dominated by direct energy consumption and energy consumption carbon emission,with unit energy consumption and carbon emission of18.20 kWh/m^(3)and 12.93 kgCO_(2)e/m^(3)respectively.Energy consumption and carbon emission have a certain scale effect with the water treatment volume,with a high degree of correlation.Sensitivity analysis shows that energy conservation and emission reduction should focus on the reduction of water treatment energy consumption,and measures such as centralized and large-scale treatment,optimizing and adjusting the operating load and the reagent injection according to the change of water production,and optimizing and improving the sulfur removal efficiency of gas stripping can be taken to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
