含油污泥热化学清洗-离心工艺参数优化实验研究

摘　　要：由于油田含油污泥的成分日趋复杂,导致现有热化学清洗-离心工艺的药剂和参数已不能满足处理要求。为了有效处理油田生产过程中产生的含油污泥,减少对自然环境的破坏,以某油田含油污泥为处理对象,采用单因素分析方法,分别以热洗药剂种类、投加量、泥水比、热洗温度、离心转数为变量,通过投加化学药剂、热水对含油污泥进行化学热洗,再经离心脱水,以脱水后油泥残油率为考核指标,考察不同参数的变化对含油率的影响,优化含油污泥热化学清洗-离心工艺参数。试验结果表明:从处理效果、经济等方面综合考量,采用药剂为OP和BS复配药剂,复配比例为OP∶BS=5∶1,OP药剂投加浓度为500 mg/L,BS药剂投加浓度为100 mg/L,泥水比1∶4,热洗温度65℃,离心转数为2200 r/min为最佳参数,处理效果最佳,清洗后油泥残油率为1.43%,为含油污泥处理站优化运行参数提供技术依据。The composition of oily sludge in oilfield is becoming more and more complex,which leads to the fact that the existing agents and parameters of the thermochemical cleaning-centrifugal process can no longer meet the treatment requirements.In order to effectively treat the oily sludge produced in oilfield production process,and reduce the damage to natural environment,the oily sludge in an oilfield is taken as the treatment object,the single-factor analysis method is adopted,and the type and dosage of thermal washing chemicals,mud-to-water ratio,thermal washing temperature,and centrifugal revolution are taken as variables respectively.The oily sludge is chemically thermal washed by adding chemicals and hot water,then it dewatered by centrifugation.The residual oil rate of the dewatered sludge is used as the index to investigate the effect of the change of different parameters on the oil content rate,and to optimize the process parameters of thermochemical cleaning-centrifugation of oily sludge.The test results show that from the comprehensive consideration of treatment effect,economy,and other aspects,reagent OP and BS are used as the compound reagent.When the compounding ratio of OP:BS is 5:1,the dosing concentration of OP is 500 mg/L,the dosing concentration of BS is100 mg/L,the mud-to-water ratio is 1:4,the thermal washing temperature is 65℃,and the centrifugal speed is 2200 r/min,the best parameters are obtained and the best treatment effect can be achieved.The residual oil rate of the cleaned sludge reaches 1.43%,which provides a technical basis for optimizing the operation parameters of the oily sludge treatment station.
