摘  要:本研究通过足部注射的方式将金纳米三角片导入5龄家蚕体内,研究了金纳米三角片对家蚕生长状况以及蚕丝性质的影响。结果表明,金纳米三角片的摄入大幅度降低了家蚕的成活率。总体来看,家蚕平均体质量、体长较对照组有所降低,但外貌无显著变化。X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FTIR)结果表明,与对照组相比,摄入金纳米三角片的试验组蚕丝的晶体或二级结构并未遭到破坏。该研究可以为金纳米三角片的生物安全性评估提供了一定参考。In this study,the gold nano-triangle was introduced into the body of the 5th instar silkworm by foot injection,and the effect of the gold nano-triangle on the growth of the silkworm and the properties of the silk were studied.The results showed that the intake of gold nano-triangle greatly decreased the survival rate of silkworms.In general,the average body length and weight of silkworm were lower than those of the control group,but the outlooking of silkworms was not affected obviously.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)results showed that the crystal or secondary structures of silk from gold nano-triangle group didn’t change compared with the control group.This study could provide some references for the biosafety assessment of gold nano-triangle.
