摘  要:本研究旨在鉴定吉拉牦牛血清学特征,分析不同种群栖息地对牦牛血清生化指标的影响。在39项血清生化指标中,总胆汁酸含量和尿素氮/肌酐2项指标不符合正态分布,其余37项指标均符合正态分布;有17项指标隆噶尔乡牦牛显著高于吉拉乡牦牛(P<0.05),有2项指标显著低于吉拉乡牦牛(P<0.05),表明不同栖息地的生境条件可能对牦牛的血清学指标造成影响。本研究可为该牦牛种质资源保护提供参考。The purpose of this study was to identify the serological characteristics of Jila yak and analyze the effects of habitat distribution of different populations on serum biochemical indexes of yak.Among 39 serum biochemical indexes,total bile acid content and urea nitrogen/creatinine did not conform to normal distribution,and the other 37 indexes were consistent with normal distribution.There were 17 indexes of yaks in Longer Township significantly higher than those in Jila Township(P<0.05),and 2 indexes significantly lower than those in Jila Township(P<0.05),indicating that the conditions of different habitats could affect the serological indexes of yaks.This study can provide reference for the protection of yak germplasm resources.
