摘  要:CO_(2)管道输送是CCUS产业链中连接上游捕集与下游驱油及封存的关键环节。与油气管道相比,世界范围内CO_(2)管道建设数量少,针对CO_(2)管道设计制定的标准也较少。对比了国内外3部CO_(2)管道输送相关标准在管道设计上的异同,同时参考中国油气管道设计常用标准,比较了CO_(2)管道设计与天然气管道设计的异同,分析认为现有标准在线路与工艺方面基本满足需求,在站场及总图、线路用管及防腐方面虽有指导原则但内容仍待细化。据此,提出以下建议:加大对CO_(2)管道安全保障方面,如高后果区的识别等的研究论证力度;尽快开展站场、阀室、放空管在不同情景下CO_(2)扩散范围(含浓度)、温度和相态变化的模拟计算,并开展实验室或现场试验;加快开展对管道韧性断裂与止裂的研究,开展管道全尺寸爆破试验,完善标准规范,为CO_(2)管道安全运行提供支持。CO_(2)pipeline transmission remains the key link in connecting the upstream capture,downstream oil displacement and storage of the CCUS(Carbon Capture,Use and Storage)industrial chain.Compared with the oil and gas pipelines,there are limited number of constructed CO_(2)pipelines worldwide.And the CO_(2)pipeline designing standards prove relatively rare.This paper compares three related standards of CO_(2)pipeline transmission at home and abroad regarding pipeline design.Besides,it refers to the common standards of Chinese oil and gas pipeline design and compares the design of CO_(2)pipelines and natural gas pipelines.According to the analysis,the existing standards could basically meet the demands of routes and craft while the details of stations,general drawing,pipeline and anti-corrosion are yet to be completed despite the guiding principles.Therefore,some suggestions are proposed as follows.First,we should increase the security of CO_(2)pipelines such as the research of the identification of high consequence areas;second,we should conduct the simulated calculation of the diffusion range(including intensity),temperature and phase change regarding CO_(2)in different situations of stations,valve chests and escape pipes and also carry out the experiment in laboratories or on-site trials;third,we should proceed the research on ductile fracture and crack arrest of pipelines as well as the pipeline full-scale blasting tests,so as to complete the standards and offer support to the safe operation of CO_(2)pipelines.
