摘　　要：通过SCL-90和UPI量表对某高校硕士研究生新生进行调查,运用SPSS20.0软件进行数据分析,结合个别访谈,发现硕士研究生新生的心理健康问题主要集中在学业、家庭、新生适应和职业生涯规划等四方面,共占比57.14%。培养单位应高度重视硕士研究生新这一相对特殊的学生群体的心理健康教育,通过构建硕士研究生新生“硬核圈”社会支持系统、塑造积极向上的校园文化氛围、提升心理危机的自我感知能力及应对能力等措施,增强硕士研究生新生的心理素质,赋能硕士研究生新生身心健康全面发展。From a survey with postgraduate freshmen in a certain university through the SCL-90 and UPI scales,and the data analysis on SPSS20.0 software, it was found that with individual interviews the mental health problems of postgraduate freshmen were mainly concentrated in four aspects, namely, academic, family, freshman adaptation and career planning, accounting for a total of 57.14%. Training units should attach great significance to the mental health education of the relatively special student group of postgraduate freshmen through a series of measures to enhance the psychological quality of postgraduate freshmen, including building a “hard-core circle” social support system for postgraduate freshmen, shaping a positive campus cultural atmosphere, and enhancing the self-perception and coping ability of psychological crises, etc., to empower the all-round physical and mental health development of postgraduate freshmen.
