摘  要:在航空精密制造领域,磨削作为精密加工的核心工种之一,在确保零件高精密尺寸、表面质量方面起着不可替代的作用。对于某类具有特殊尺寸面、特殊技术要求的零件,在磨削加工时,往往需要用到组合夹具。例如,某些具有多处方形端口的轴类零件,不同方口平面之间存在一定的空间夹角和尺寸精度要求,此时就很难开展磨削工作。一是该类零件不易定位与装夹,二是磨削加工过程中,操作工不易时时测量,无法掌握即时的磨削状态,其结果是零件成批报废。现以某主轴零件为例,针对该零件非平行精密方口加工效率低、装夹定位困难、表面质量不稳定等问题,通过分析零件的加工工艺方案,并结合该零件的设计结构特点,提出一种全新的方口磨削加工组合夹具,实现该主轴零件的快速定位与装夹,在保证各处方口尺寸精度、几何公差及空间角度等技术要求的同时,大幅提高零件的批产加工效率,满足生产周期的节点交付。In the field of aviation precision manufacturing, grinding as the core of precision manufacturing, played an irreplaceable role in ensuring the high precision size and the surface quality of parts. For some kinds of special size surfaces, special technical requirements of the axial parts, the combination fixture was needed in grinding process. For example, axial parts with multiple square port, there were requirements for some angle of space and dimensional accuracy between different square port planes, so it’s difficult to carry out grinding work with two reasons followed, one was the bad clamping and positioning, and the other was overdue measurement in the grinding process, which led to the operator unable to grasp the grinding condition, even took parts scraped in bulk and much damage to the economic benefits. Now we took some spindle parts for example, aimed at the problems such as low process efficiency, clamping difficulty, unstable surface quality and so on, through analyzing machining process program, and combined with the structural features, one new square opening grinding process combination fixture was put forward, which realized quick position and clamping, greatly improved batch processing efficiency and met production cycle delivery node on the condition of guaranteeing square opening dimensional precision, geometric tolerance, space angle and so on.
