摘  要:某车辆匹配四缸发动机与CVT变速器,搭载集成信号轮结构的双质量飞轮曾出现高转速条件下转速与转矩的波动问题。通过研究与试验排查发现,当信号轮集成在后壳体结构上并加以焊接时,受焊接热量影响信号轮会发生不同程度的径向变形,致使信号轮焊接后径向跳动超差,从而使得发动机运行表现出多种不同的故障模式。为了解决信号轮焊接定位而导致的径向跳动超差问题,开展了对信号轮焊接定位夹具工作模式与结构的研究。结果表明,信号轮焊接定位夹具应采用三瓣环抱式夹紧模式,并利用空间增大夹瓣的抱夹弧度,可以有效阻止信号轮受焊接热量影响发生的径向变形量,解决信号轮焊接后的径向跳动超差问题,为类似结构的双质量飞轮装配夹具设计提供了参考。A vehicle was matched with a four-cylinder engine and a CVT transmission, and it was equipped with a dual mass flywheel with signal wheel structure which experienced rotational speed and torque fluctuations under high rotational speeds. Through research and experimental investigation, it was found that the signal wheel would undergo different degrees of radial deformation under the influence of the welding heat when the signal wheel needed to be integrated into the rear housing structure and to be welded, which could cause the radial runout of the signal wheel to exceed tolerance after welding, and made the engine operation show a variety of different failure modes. In order to solve the problem of radial runout out of tolerance caused by the welding positioning of the signal wheel, we carried out research on the working mode and structure of the signal wheel welding positioning fixture. The results showed that the signal wheel welding positioning fixture should adopt the three-lobe embracing clamping mode, and use the space to increase the clamping radian of the clip, which could effectively prevent the signal wheel from being affected by the welding heat, and solve the problem of radial runout out of tolerance after the signal wheel was welded. It provided a reference for the design of a dual mass flywheel assembly fixture with a similar structure.
