摘　　要：本文基于修正的托达罗模型,从理论上分析了土地财产性收入对农民市民化意愿的影响,并运用2015年中国家庭金融调查数据,采用PSM方法进行了实证检验。研究发现,土地财产性收入强化了农民对土地的依赖,对农民市民化意愿具有显著的负向影响,这一结论在多项稳健性检验后依然成立。进一步的异质性分析显示,土地财产性收入使得土地未确权和家庭耕地面积少的农民市民化意愿更低。据此,本文提出深化农村土地产权制度改革、户籍制度改革,配套推进劳动就业和社会保障制度改革、公共服务和社会管理改革等政策建议。Based on the revised Todaro model,this paper theoretically analyzes the impact of land property income on farmers willingness to become citizens,and uses the 2015 China Household Finance Survey data to conduct an empirical test using the PSM method.The study found that land property income strengthens farmers dependence on land,and has a significant negative impact on farmers willingness to become citizens.This conclusion still holds after multiple robustness tests.Further heterogeneity analysis shows that land property income makes farmers with unconfirmed land rights and less family arable land less willing to become citizens.Based on this,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for deepening the reform of the rural land property rights system and the household registration system,and supporting the promotion of the reform of the labor employment and social security system,and the reform of public services and social management.
