摘  要:跌落保险的温度监测一直是风电场的一个常规检修项目,但目前的监测手段还停留在人工测温方式。针对此问题,该文提出了一种针对风电场所有跌落保险的温度监测系统技术方案,基于所提技术方案研制了样机,开展了实验研究。温度监测系统由温度监测装置、ZigBee无线通信中继网关以及监控中心温度监控设备组成。为提高无线通信传输距离,温度监测数据通过ZigBee以Mesh组网方式传输给中继网关,中继网关通过以太网将数据传输给监控设备,监控设备完成温度数据的实时显示和温度异常报警。实验结果表明,所提技术方案对于降低工人劳动强度、更准确及时监测温度数据、提高风电场信息化水平具有重要的意义。The temperature monitoring of drop insurance has always been a routine maintenance project of wind farm,but the current monitoring method still stays in the way of manual temperature measurement. To solve this problem,a technical scheme of temperature monitoring system for all fall insurance of wind farm is proposed. Based on the proposed technical scheme,a prototype is developed and experimental research is carried out. The temperature monitoring system is composed of temperature monitoring device,ZigBee wireless communication relay gateway and temperature monitoring equipment in the monitoring center. In order to improve the wireless communication transmission distance,the temperature monitoring data is transmitted to the relay gateway through ZigBee in Mesh networking mode,and the relay gateway transmits the data to the monitoring equipment through Ethernet. The monitoring equipment completes the real-time display of temperature data and temperature abnormal alarm. The experimental results show that the proposed technical scheme is of great significance for reducing the labor intensity of workers,monitoring temperature data more accurately and timely,and improving the informatization level of wind farms.
