摘  要:车架的静强度和扭转刚度是评价车架质量的重要指标。采用Creo软件建立车架的三维模型,利用Hypermesh和Abaqus进行有限元分析,研究了焊缝实际建模和焊缝用绑定接触建模分别采用质量单元和集中力加载对结果的影响。研究表明:焊缝实际建模和焊缝用绑定接触建模并不会影响车架的结构强度,但是会影响车架的整体扭转刚度;强度分析用质量单元或集中力代替配重件,对车架的结构应力结果没有太大的影响。The static strength and torsional stiffness of the car frame are important indexes to evaluate the quality of the frame.Three dimensional model of the frame was established with Creo software.Hypermesh and Abaqus were used for finite element analysis.The influence of mass element and concentrated force on the results of actual modeling of weld and binding contact modeling of weld was studied.The research shows that the actual modeling of welding seam and the binding contact modeling of welding seam have no influence on the structural strength of the frame, but affect the overall torsional stiffness of the frame.In the strength analysis, the counter weights are replaced by mass units or concentrated forces, which have little influence on the structural stress results of the frame.
