摘 要:以硫红霉素母液为处理对象,采用膜分离技术设计不同比例的工艺路线处理料液,以电导去除率、灰分去除率、COD透过率、设备的处理通量及能耗等为技术指标评判工艺路线。中试结果显示,在能满足锅炉后续处理的前提下,硫红母液与自来水质量比值为3时,料液的脱盐率在75%左右,此时设备的处理能力是90%脱盐量的2倍,能脱除大部分的盐,减少COD的透过量,保护MVR设备,降低锅炉损耗从而减少设备投资。Taking sulfur erythromycin mother liquor as the treatment object, the membrane separation technology was used to design different ratios of process routes to treat the feed liquor, and the technical indicators such as conductivity removal rate, ash removal rate, COD transmission rate, treatment flux of the equipment and energy consumption were used to judge the process routes. The results of the pilot test show that under the premise of satisfying the subsequent treatment of the boiler, the desalination rate of the feed solution is about 75% when the ratio of sulfur red mother liquor to tap water is 3, and the processing capacity of the equipment is 2 times of 90% desalination at this time, which can remove most of the salt, reduce the COD transmission, protect the MVR equipment, reduce the boiler losses and thus reduce the equipment investment.
