摘  要:为了满足冻品的单体率要求,市场上的流态床速冻机大部分采用振动辊子敲打传送带的方法使冻品分离,另一种流态床速冻设备,利用气流的脉动保证冻品的单体率,能够满足大部分冻品的冻结需求,其中气流的脉动压力是保证冻品悬浮效果的关键参数。通过制作流态床冻结装置样机模型对产生脉动压力所需的系统阻力和风机压力进行研究,对开发高效率的流态床速冻机提供一定帮助。In order to meet the requirements for the monomer ratio of frozen products, most of the fluid bed quick freezers on the market use the method of vibrating rollers hitting the conveyor belt to seParate frozen products. Another fluid bed quick freezing device uses the pulsation of air flow to ensure the monomer ratio of frozen products, which can meet the freezing requirements of most frozen products. The pulsation pressure of air flow is the key Parameter to ensure the suspension effect of frozen products. The system resistance and fan pressure needed to produce pulsating pressure are studied by making a prototype model of fluidized bed freezing device, which will help to develop a high-efficiency fluidized bed quick freezing machine.
