摘 要:清水混凝土具有生态友好、绿色环保的优势,且施工时能够做到一次成型,避免了剔凿、抹灰及修补等工序,进而减少了建筑垃圾的产生,有助于强化对生态环境的保护,并同时有力保障了项目的经济、生态及环境效益。所以,应当充分重视清水混凝土模板体系的设计、施工质量控制。基于此,结合工程实例,对清水混凝土体系的构件强度、刚度以及稳定性进行了设计验算,并进行了清水混凝土的配合比设计,详细阐述分析了清水混凝土体系的施工工艺和控制要点,为类似工程提供了参考和借鉴。Fair-faced concrete has the advantages of ecological friendliness, green environmental protection,and the construction can achieve a molding, avoid picking chisel, plastering and repair procedures, and then reduce the production of construction waste, help to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment,and at the same time effectively guarantee the economic, ecological and environmental benefits of the project.Therefore, we should pay full attention to the design and construction quality control of fair-faced concrete formwork system. Based on this, this paper combined with engineering examples, the strength, stiffness and stability of the fair-faced concrete system components of the design check calculation, and the fair-faced concrete mix design, detailed analysis of the fair-faced concrete system construction technology and control points,for similar projects to provide reference and reference.
