摘 要:分析工业企业绿色创新对于空气污染治理绩效的影响规模与作用边界条件,为推动我国工业企业实现绿色转型提供参考。基于世界知识产权组织的《国际专利分类绿色清单》识别绿色专利,结合中国工业企业数据库和污染数据库构建“工业企业-污染排放-绿色专利申请”数据集,利用高维固定效应估计方法分析我国工业企业绿色创新对其空气污染治理绩效的影响,并进一步从所有权和技术分类两个维度探讨其作用边界条件。结果显示:绿色创新对工业企业空气污染治理绩效存在显著的正向影响,且治理效应在企业所有权和技术分类两个维度上存在异质性,其中在国有企业更为显著,并主要来自废弃物处理与替代能源生产这两类技术。因此应进一步助推企业开展绿色创新,尤其是推动非国有企业提高绿色创新活动的数量与质量。This paper analyzs the impact scale and boundary conditions of industrial enterprises’ green innovation on air pollution control performance, in order to provide reference for promoting China’s industrial enterprises to achieve green transformation. Based on the IPC Green Inventory issued by the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO), green patents are identified, and the data set of industrial enterprises-pollution emissions-green patent application is constructed in combination with the database of Chinese Industrial Enterprises and Pollution Databases.The impact of green innovation of Chinese industrial enterprises on their air pollution governance performance is analyzed by using high-dimensional fixed effect estimation method, and boundary conditions of the impact are further explored from the perspectives of the ownership and technological classification. The results show that green innovation has a significant positive impact on the air pollution governance performance of industrial enterprises, and the governance effect is heterogeneous in the two dimensions of enterprise ownership and technological classification,especially in state-owned enterprises, mainly from the technology of waste treatment and alternative energy production. Therefore, enterprises should be further encouraged to carry out green innovation, especially non-stateowned enterprises to improve the quantity and quality of green innovation activities.
