摘  要:探究4-(二甲基氨基)吡啶-乙酸酐法测定聚酯多元醇羟值的适用范围、分析条件和测试步骤,试样中的羟基与乙酸酐在4-(二甲基氨基)吡啶的催化下发生酰化反应生成酯,加入蒸馏水把剩余的乙酸酐水解生成乙酸,然后用氢氧化钾标准溶液滴定反应液内的乙酸,计算出羟值。该方法在温度45℃时酰化15 min、水解20 min,只需要普通化学器材就能够快速的分析出稳定可靠的羟值,不使用有毒致癌的吡啶试剂,操作简便,降低了测试成本,且结果与咪唑-苯酐-吡啶法(国标)一致。The applicable range, analysis conditions and test steps of the hydroxyl value of polyester polyols was determined by 4-(dimethylamino) pyridine-acetic anhydride method.The hydroxyl and acetic anhydride in the sample underwent acylation reaction under the catalysis of 4-(dimethylamino) pyridine to form an ester.Distilled water was added to hydrolyze the remaining acetic anhydride to form acetic acid, and the hydroxyl value was calculated after titrating the acetic acid in the reaction solution with potassium hydroxide standard solution.With 15 min acylation and 20 min hydrolyzation at 45 ℃,only ordinary chemical equipment is needed to quickly analyze a stable and reliable hydroxyl value.This method does not use toxic and carcinogenic pyridine reagent, is easy to operate and reduces the test cost, and the results are consistent with the imidazole-phthalic anhydride-pyridine method(national standard).
