固化条件对二阶固化防水粘接层粘层油性能测试的影响

摘　　要：在桥面铺装工程中防水粘接层的性能十分重要。二阶固化的环氧树脂类防水粘层油已被用于桥面铺装的界面粘接。通过对8种防水粘层油样品在不同固化条件下的固化物性能进行了测试,试验结果表明:温度在60℃以下的3种固化工艺随固化温度、固化时间不同有一定差别。不同配方的粘接有效期限长短各有不同,实际施工中应根据现场实际环境和所用产品性能调整施工工艺和各步骤工期要求。对不同固化条件下各固化物的性能进行了对比,以供实际应用参考。The properties of waterproof binding systems are very important in deck pavement engineering.Two-Stage reaction type epoxy resin waterproof adhesives were used in binding interfaces of different pavement materials.The properties of 8 kinds of waterproof adhesive samples were tested under different curing conditions.The experimental results show that the three curing processes below 60 ℃ are different with different curing temperature and curing time.The valid period of different formula is different.In the actual construction, the construction technology and construction period should be adjusted according to the actual environment and the properties of the products used.The properties of cured resin under different curing conditions are compared, which can be utilized for the references of the application in engineering.
