止水带用高分子热熔压敏胶制备配比优化研究

摘  要:针对传统止水带用高分子热熔压敏胶耐热性能和耐低温性能差的问题,提出一种新型高分子热熔压敏胶的制备。试验以剥离强度和低温柔性为指标,对热熔压敏胶的配方进行优化,研究了优化配比后热熔压敏胶的性能。结果表明:选择混合质量比为4∶6的5320型和H-100W型石油树脂,1126号SIS橡胶,20%用量的环烷油,1.0%用量的抗氧剂,2%用量的钛白粉为原料制备的热熔压敏胶性能最佳。此时,热熔压敏胶老化前剥离强度均超过了4 N/mm,经过热老化处理后剥离强度也达到了3.79 N/mm,玻璃转化温度约为1.5℃;当tanδ=1对应的流动点为106℃,各方面性能均满足Q/CR 562.2—2017相关标准要求,表现出良好的耐热性和耐低温性能。In view of the poor heat resistance and low temperature resistance of traditional polymer hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for waterstop, a new type of polymer hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive was prepared.The formula of hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive was optimized with the peel strength and low-temperature flexibility as indicators, and then the properties of the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive after the optimized ratio were studied.The test results show that the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared from 5320 and H-100W petroleum resin, 1126 SIS rubber, 20% naphthenic oil, 1.0% antioxidant and 2% titanium dioxide had the best performance.At this time, the peel strength of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive before aging exceeds 4 N/mm, and after thermal aging treatment, the peel strength also reaches 3.79 N/mm, and the glass transition temperature is about 1.5 ℃.When tanδ=1,the corresponding flow point is 106 ℃,and all aspects of performance meet the requirements of Q/CR 562.2—2017 related standards, showing good low-temperature flexibility and heat resistance.
