摘  要:为研究玄武岩纤维不同体积掺量(0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%)对于混凝土力学性能的影响,通过一系列室内试验分析了玄武岩纤维用量对于不同龄期(3、7、28 d)的混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度及早期抗裂性能的影响,试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维对于抗压强度作用效果不佳,但可以一定程度地提高混凝土的抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度,并能够明显改善混凝土的早期抗裂性能,提高混凝土的密实性,改善其内部结构特征,阻止或抑制裂纹的产生和发展,其用量建议为0.3%,为玄武岩纤维在水泥混凝土路面中的推广应用提供了理论依据。In order to study the influence of different volumes of basalt fiber(0.0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%) on the mechanical properties of concrete, The influence of the compressive strength, fracture strength and cracking strength of different ages(3,7 and 28 d) were analyzed, The test results show that, Basalt fiber has a poor effect on the compressive strength, However, the fracture strength and cracking tensile strength of the concrete can be improved to a certain extent, And can significantly improve the early crack resistance performance of concrete, Improve the tightness of the concrete, Improve its internal structural characteristics, Prevent or inhibit crack production and development, Its dosage is recommended to be 0.3%,It provides a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of basalt fiber in cement concrete pavement.
