摘  要:在建筑行业中,基于低塑性聚氯乙烯(UPVC)的管材材料具有不错的效果得到了普遍认可。此外,把复合增强剂(MCRA)融入UPVC材料后,管材的功能得到了进一步的提升,其中包括管材的韧度以及高温耐受度,结果显示:把MCRA和UPVC结合后,能够加强UPVC管材的坚韧度,并且管材的使用效果和表观效果也具有一定的协同效应;MCRA-UPVC复合管材具有较好的相容性和分散性,2种材料融合时没有较明显的组织缺陷。研究旨在介绍UPVC管材特征性能,并对UPVC管材进行优化,从而避免其在给排水工程中存在的缺陷,并为基于优化UPVC材料的给排水工艺设计方案提供理论参考。The insufficient stiffness of steel bridge deck often leads to fatigue failure and pavement cracking failure, which seriously affects the structure and driving safety.In order to enhance the rigidity of steel bridge deck and reduce the cement consumption, alkali excited ultra high performance concrete(UHPC) was used as overlay layer, and the effects of protective layer thickness and reinforcement ratio on failure mode, flexural, shear and fatigue resistance of composite plates were studied.The results showed that the composite bridge panels exhibited extrusion failure mode and bending failure mode under positive bending moment and negative bending moment respectively.The thickness of protective layer mainly affected the cracking load of composite slabs, and the ratio of reinforcement mainly affected the ultimate bearing capacity of composite slabs.In engineering, the bearing capacity and fatigue resistance of composite plate could be improved by reducing the thickness of protective layer and increasing the ratio of reinforcement.The shear resistance and fatigue resistance of composite plates could be significantly improved by increasing the diameter of bolts.
