胶原凝胶治疗腹部切口愈合不良的效果

摘　　要：为探讨腹部切口愈合不良胶原凝胶治疗的效果,依据治疗方法分为胶原凝胶治疗组和常规清创换药组,每组各30例,统计分析2组切口愈合情况、临床疗效、切口长度、裂开时间、肉芽形成时间、切口愈合时间、疼痛程度、焦虑程度、配合度、切口美观度、治疗满意度。结果表明,胶原凝胶治疗组患者的切口甲级愈合率高于常规清创换药组,乙级愈合率、丙级愈合率均低于常规清创换药组(P<0.05);胶原凝胶治疗组患者的总有效率96.67%(29/30)高于常规清创换药组73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。腹部切口愈合不良胶原凝胶治疗的效果较常规清创换药好。In order to explore the effects of collagen gel treatment with poor abdominal incision healing, according to the treatment methods, the collagen gel treatment group and the conventional debridement dressing group were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were statistically analyzed for incision healing, clinical efficacy, incision length, dehiscence time, granulation formation time, incision healing time, pain degree, anxiety degree, cooperation degree, incision aesthetics and treatment satisfaction.Results showed that the incision grade A healing rate in the collagen gel treatment group was higher than that in the conventional debridement and dressing replacement group, and the healing rate of grade B and grade C was lower than that in the conventional debridement and dressing change group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%(29/30) in the collagen gel treatment group was higher than that in the conventional debridement and dressing exchange group 73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05).
