摘  要:针对高寒地区环境温度的特点,使用模块式野外营房的整体设计方案,设计基于气凝胶蜂窝板保温材料的野外营房。分析了气凝胶蜂窝板保温材料的性能,对气凝胶建筑材料制作工艺进行优化,通过对采暖方式、保温材料、供排水材料等方面进行分析,提出基于气凝胶蜂窝板的野外营房建设方案,为高寒地区野外营房建设中气凝胶蜂窝板保温材料的应用提供借鉴,设计的野外营房的安全性、舒适性和环保性良好,能够为野外寒区人员提供舒适的工作与生活环境,具备广阔市场应用前景。Based on the characteristics of ambient temperature in alpine areas, the overall design scheme of modular field barracks is used to design field camps based on aerogel honeycomb panel insulation materials. The performance of aerogel honeycomb panel insulation materials was analyzed, the production process of aerogel building materials was optimized, and through the analysis of heating methods, insulation materials, water supply and drainage materials, a field barracks construction scheme based on aerogel honeycomb panels was proposed, which provided reference for the application of aerogel honeycomb panel insulation materials in the construction of field barracks in alpine areas. The designed camping house has good safety, comfort and environmental protection. It can provide a comfortable working and living environment for people in the cold area in the wild, and has a broad market application prospect.
