摘　　要：为了适用于结构化皮肤护理管理研究一种硅凝胶疤痕贴片干预和帮助剖宫产术后创口快速愈合。研究应用实验按对照组使用无菌敷料和常规护理干预方式,研究组使用结构化皮肤护理管理联合硅凝胶疤痕贴片干预方式。比较2组产妇剖宫产术后切口疼痛度、舒适度、瘢痕增生情况。结果表明,在术后3 d,研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而GCQ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,研究组产妇切口瘢痕的PSAS评分、OSAS评分及POSAS总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。To investigate the effects of structured skin care management combined with silicone gel scar patch on incision after cesarean section.The control group used aseptic dressing and conventional nursing intervention, while the research group used structured skin care management combined with silicone gel scar patch intervention. The degree of incision pain, comfort and scar hyperplasia after cesarean section were compared between the two groups. Results showed that the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), while the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ) score was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05) 3 days after operation. the Patient Scar Appraise Scale(PSAS) score and Observer Scar Appraise Scale(OSAS) score, and the total score of Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale(POSAS) were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05) 6 months after operation. In conclusion, structured skin care management combined with silicone gel scar patch can significantly relieve incision pain, improve comfort level, promote wound healing, and improve scar formation in puerperae after cesarean section.
