摘 要:通过滚压试验研究了泥料的回弹率以及内在影响因素。结果表明:在一定范围内泥料的含水率与回弹率呈反比。当泥料含水率在20%~26%范围变化时,其回弹率相差可达0.52%~3%。泥料的回弹率主要由瞬间回弹为主,残余回弹占总回弹率的12%~40%。随着泥料下压量的增加,泥料的瞬间回弹逐渐增大,延迟回弹逐渐降低。泥料的回弹会随着其滚压次数的增加而逐渐降低并达到稳定。The rebound rate of mud material and the intrinsic influencing factors were studied by rolling test. The results show that the moisture content of sludge and the rebound rate are inversely proportional in a certain range. When the moisture content of mud material changes in the range of 20% ~26%, the rebound rate difference can reach 0.52%~3%. The rebound rate of mud material is mainly based on the instantaneous rebound, and the residual rebound accounts for 12% ~40% of the total rebound rate. With the increase of mud pressure, the instantaneous rebound of mud gradually increases, and the delayed rebound gradually decreases. The rebound of the mud material will gradually decrease and reach the stability with the increase of its rolling times.
