摘 要:污泥沉降比是反映活性污泥沉降性能的主要参数。针对现有污泥沉降比智能监测易受刻度信息受到干扰的问题,设计了一种无需量筒刻度信息识别污泥沉降比的新方法。该方法主要是将图像经过一系列图像处理方法获得沉降污泥和上清液的高度,并根据其高度计算污泥沉降比。结果表明,识别值与实际值拟合R2为0.99,均方误差仅为0.199,满足实际应用的精度要求。因此,提出的污泥沉降比识别方法在污水处理厂智能化监管中具有一定的应用价值。The sludge settling velocity is the main parameter reflecting the settling performance of activated sludge. Aiming at the problem that the existing intelligent monitoring of sludge settling velocity is susceptible to the interference of scale information, a new method for identifying sludge settling velocity without graduated cylinder scale information is designed. This method is mainly to obtain the height of settled sludge and supernatant through a series of image processing methods on the image, and calculate the sludge sedimentation ratio according to the height. The results show that the fitting R2of the recognition value and the actual value is 0.99, and the MSE is 0.199, which meets the accuracy requirements of practical applications. Therefore, the sludge settling velocity identification method proposed in this paper has certain application value in the intelligent supervision of sewage treatment plants.
