摘 要:本研究设计了一种钢筋混凝土现浇楼板裂缝控制技术。首先将图像信息转换成数字信息输入MATLAB中,对裂缝图像进行处理。再计算平行缝、斜裂缝最大差分值,使用标志连通区域法识别斜裂缝和平行缝。布置温度筋,对温度预应力筋细部进行处理,控制楼板开裂温度,至此,完成钢筋混凝土现浇楼板裂缝的控制。由实验结果可知,该技术能够将裂缝开裂程度控制在有效范围内,能够提高楼板质量,对工程施工具有一定意义。In this research, a crack control technology of reinforced concrete cast-in-place floor slab is designed. First, the image information is converted into digital information and input into MATLAB to process the crack image. Then calculate the maximum difference value of parallel cracks and inclined cracks, and use the marked connected area method to identify inclined cracks and parallel cracks. The temperature reinforcement shall be arranged, the details of the temperature prestressed reinforcement shall be treated, and the cracking temperature of the floor slab shall be controlled. So far, the crack control of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab has been completed. From the experimental results, it can be seen that this technology can control the degree of crack cracking in an effective range, improve the floor quality, and has a certain significance for engineering construction.
