摘 要:从菲涅耳-基尔霍夫衍射积分公式出发,从模拟和实验两方面探究了涡旋光束入射二维振幅光栅后的光场分布,分析了光栅的衍射周期和涡旋光束的拓扑荷数对光场的影响。数值模拟发现,衍射光场的强度会随着x轴和y轴逐级减弱。改变光栅的周期,对衍射级的间距产生影响,衍射级数的间距与光栅周期的大小成负相关。通过实验探究,实验结果与模拟结果吻合。通过实验证明本文的研究对产生阵列涡旋光束的方法有一定的启示。Acoording to the Fresnel Kirchhoff diffraction integral formula,the optical field distribution of a vortex beam incident on a two-dimensional amplitude grating is investigated from both simulation and experiment, and the influence of the diffraction period of the grating and the topological charge of the vortex beam on the optical field is analyzed.Numerical simulation found that the intensity of the diffraction light field will decrease gradually with the x axis and y axis. Changing the period of the grating has an impact on the spacing of the diffraction stage, which is negatively correlated with the magnitude of the grating period. Through the experimental exploration, the experimental results agree with the simulation results. We demonstrate through experiments that the present study is helpful to the measurement of the orbital angular momentum and the application of the array of vortex beams.
