摘　　要：在我国流程行业企业生产过程中,存在大量的生产统计报表,以某集团公司熔炼分厂为例,提出一种基于工业实时历史数据库+Postgresql+FineReport的生产报表自动化系统实现方案,该方案通过生产数据存储、生产报表自动生成、生产数据实时分析,有效降低了岗位人员工作强度,提高其工作效率,加强企业管理人员对生产的管理,实际应用表明生产报表的自动化设计与实现在相关企业生产与管理过程中发挥重要作用。In the production process of enterprises in China’s process industry, There are a large number of production statistical reports, Taking the smelting branch of a group company as an example, A production report automation system based on industrial real-time history database + Postgresql + FineReport is proposed, Through production data storage, production report automatic generation and real-time analysis of production data, the scheme effectively reduces the work intensity of post personnel, improves their work efficiency, and strengthens the production management of enterprise managers. Practical application shows that the automatic design and implementation of production report plays an important role in the production and management process of related enterprises.
