摘 要:目前日常使用煤量每年用量大幅度增加,作为煤炭开采的井下设备,它的使用安全问题变得十分重要,这不仅关系着煤炭能否按时按量得到满足,更关系着从业人员的人身安全,设备电源的开启或关闭极易产生传导电磁,一旦产生零星火花,遇到瓦斯会变得十分危险,尤其是变频设备调速系统设备中屡次发现该现象,因此对该设备的传导电磁干扰的预测研究以及找到可靠实效的方法,变得极其重要。本文将电磁干扰的研究预测形成一套行之有效的处理模型,对工业现场设备电磁干扰分析,最终确定该模型在实际生产环境的可行性。At present, the daily use of coal has increased significantly every year. As the underground equipment for coal mining, its use safety has become very important. This not only relates to whether the coal can be met on time and in quantity, but also relates to the personal safety of the employees. The opening or closing of the equipment power supply is very easy to generate conductive electromagnetism. Once sporadic sparks are generated, the gas will become very dangerous, In particular, this phenomenon is frequently found in the speed control system equipment of frequency conversion equipment. Therefore, it is extremely important to predict the conducted EMI of the equipment and find reliable and effective methods. In this paper, the research and prediction of EMI will be formed into a set of effective processing models, and the electromagnetic interference of industrial field equipment will be analyzed to finally determine the feasibility of the model in the actual production environment.
