摘　　要：药动学-药效学(pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic,PK-PD)模型旨在研究药物体内过程的动态变化规律和药物对机体的作用及规律,定量反映药效-剂量关系,客观分析时间-药物浓度-效应三维关系,对于预测给药剂量、时间与中药安全性评价有重要意义。随着PK和PD的不断发展,PK-PD模型应用越来越广泛,但在中药研究中应用仍相对较少,为了更好地发掘我国中药资源宝库,对PK-PD模型在中药领域中的优势与应用等进行综述,以期对临床安全用药及相关研究提供参考。Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamics(PK-PD) model aims to study the dynamic change law of the drug in vivo process and the effect and law of the drug on the body, quantitatively reflect the effect and dose relationship, and to objectively analyze the threedimensional relationship of time-drug concentration-effect. It has great significance for predicting the dose and time of the administration and to evaluate the safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). With the continuous development of PK and PD, PKPD model has become more and more widely used, but it is still relatively less used in the research of TCM. In order to better explore the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine resources in China, the advantages and applications of PK-PD model in the field of TCM were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide prospective reference for clinically safe medication and related researches.
