中西药联合用药的优势及风险分析

摘　　要：中西药联合应用在临床方面日渐普遍,并受到了广泛的认可。合理的中西药联用可以取长补短,提高疗效,显示出了中西药联用的最大优势,然而并非所有的中药与化学药联合应用都可以达到该目的。为探讨中西药联合用药在临床应用中的优势及存在的安全问题,总结中西药联合用药的不合理配伍及存在的风险,探讨配伍禁忌出现的原因,有效的规避用药不当带来的风险,保障安全用药。The combined application of traditional Chinese and Western medicines is becoming increasingly common and widely accepted in clinical practice. A reasonable combination of Chinese and Western medicines can learn from each other’s strengths and make up for the shortcomings, and can improve the curative effect, showing the greatest advantage of the combination of Chinese and Western medicines, but not all the combination of Chinese and Western medicines can achieve this purpose. Advantages and existing safety problems of combination of Chinese and Western medicines in clinical application were mainly discussed in this article, and the unreasonable compatibility and risks of the combination of Chinese and Western medicines were summarized, the reasons for the incompatibility were discussed, and the risks caused by improper medication were effectively avoided, to ensure the safe use of medication.
