摘  要:以羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷和甲基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,气相法二氧化硅为补强填料,改性云母粉、改性低熔点玻璃粉、高岭土为成瓷填料,添加交联剂、硅烷偶联剂和催化剂等制得脱酮肟型单组分陶瓷化有机硅密封胶。研究了补强填料、成瓷填料、硅烷偶联剂对陶瓷化有机硅密封胶性能的影响和烧结温度对陶瓷体压缩强度的影响,并观察了较佳烧结温度下采用不同补强填料的陶瓷体的外观。结果表明,制备陶瓷化有机硅密封胶的较佳条件为,补强填料选择50份气相法二氧化硅HB-139,成瓷填料用量120份,硅烷偶联剂选择γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷;当烧结温度为1 000℃时陶瓷体压缩强度达到最高值4.9 MPa;采用HB-139的密封胶在1 000℃烧结30 min生成的陶瓷体呈白色光亮外观,无致密气孔和明显开裂,陶瓷化性能良好。Hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane and methyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane were used as the basic polymers, fumed silica was used as reinforcing filler, modified mica powder, modified low melting point glass powder and kaolin were used as porcelain fillers, and deketoxime ceramicized silicone sealants were prepared by crosslinking agent, silane coupling agent and catalyst. The effects of reinforcing filler, porcelain filler and silane coupling agent on the properties of ceramicized silicone sealant and the effect of sintering temperature on the compressive strength of ceramic body were studied, and the appearance of ceramic body with different reinforcing filler at better sintering temperature was observed. The results showed that for the preparation of ceramized silicone sealant were 50 parts of pyrogenic silica HB-139 for reinforcing filler, 120 parts of porcelain filler, and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane for silane coupling agent. When the sintering temperature was 1 000 ℃, the compressive strength of the ceramics reached the highest value of 4.9 MPa. The ceramics produced by sintering sealant HB-139 at 1 000 °C for 30 min had a white and bright appearance without dense pores and obvious cracking, and good performance.
