摘　　要：以KPXJS-C/A装置串级控制系统为平台,从串级控制系统的基本构成出发阐述串级控制系统的工作原理及投运和整定方法。结合装置流程及仪表的基本情况,构建液位流量串级控制系统,阐述该装置下串级控制系统的投运过程,分析投运中的注意要点及注意事项,改进投运内容。基于集散控制系统的广泛应用,给出装置在集散控制系统条件下改进的建议。Based on the cascade control system of KPXJS-C/A unit, the working principle, commissioning and setting methods of the cascade control system are described from the basic composition of the cascade control system.Combined with the basic situation of the device process and instruments, the liquid level and flow cascade control system is constructed, the commissioning process of the cascade control system under the device is described, the key points and precautions in commissioning are analyzed, and the commissioning content is improved. Based on the extensive application of distributed control system, suggestions for improvement of the device under the condition of distributed control system are given.
