摘 要:采用粉煤灰替代11%、16%、21%、26%掺量的水泥以及掺加2.8%、3.2%、3.6%、4.0%的SP406外加剂制备不同掺量的自密实混凝土,研究粉煤灰-外加剂对自密实混凝土工作性能、力学性能的交互影响。根据两两复配法制备17组不同掺量的自密实混凝土,通过抗压强度试验、抗折强度试验与自生收缩应变试验研究自密实混凝土7 d、28 d、60 d的性能变化。确定了自密实混凝土中粉煤灰掺量为16%、外加剂掺量为3.2%时性能最佳。Fly ash was used to replace cement with 11%, 16%, 21%, 26% and SP406 admixtures with 2.8%, 3.2%, 3.6%, 4.0% to prepare self-compacting concrete with different admixtures. The interactive effects of fly ash and admixtures on working and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete were studied. According to the pairwise composite method, 17 groups of self-compacting concrete with different contents were prepared. The performance changes of self-compacting concrete at 7 d, 28 d and 60 d were studied by compressive strength test, flexographic strength test and autogenous shrinkage strain test. The optimum performance of self-compacting concrete is determined when the fly ash content is 16% and the admixture content is 3.2%.
