小花柳叶菜水提物对大鼠2型糖尿病的治疗作用

摘　　要：为研究小花柳叶菜水提物抗高血糖和高血脂的药理作用,经高脂果糖链脲佐菌素诱导Wistar大鼠患得2型糖尿病后,采用小花柳叶菜水提取物对其进行治疗,分析其体质量、脂质谱、肝脏谱、肾脏谱和炎症标志物等参数的变化。结果表明,小花柳叶菜水提物会引起患2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素释放增加和空腹血糖下降,效果与剂量相关。因此,小花柳叶菜水提物能维持肝、肾和胰腺的正常功能,具有降血糖和降血脂的作用。In order to study the anti-hyperglycemic and anti-hyperlipidemic effects of water extracts of Epilobium parviflorum, Wistar rats with type 2 diabetes induced by high-fat fructose streptozotocin were treated with water extracts of Epilobium parviflorum. The body weight, lipid mass spectrometry, liver spectrum, kidney spectrum and inflammatory markers of the rats were analyzed. The results showed that the water extract of Epilobium parviflorum could increase insulin release and decrease fasting blood glucose of the rats, and the effect was dose-dependent. The water extract of Epilobium parviflorum could maintain the normal function of liver, kidney, pancreas and fat, and has the effect of reducing blood glucose and blood lipid.
