摘 要:为有效提升产业用带类织物的抗纰裂性能,在经纱强力和经密一定的条件下,探讨织物的组织、纬密和纬纱线密度对薄型带类织物抗纰裂性能的影响。利用改造的织带机共试织了18种薄型带,并采用定滑移量法对其接缝滑移阻力进行测试。结果表明:平纹组织织物抗纰裂性能明显优于斜纹组织,织物组织是影响薄型带类织物抗纰裂性能的关键因素;纬纱线密度不变时,随着纬密增加,织物抗纰裂性能呈明显线性提升趋势;在纬密不变、组织为平纹时,随着纬纱线密度增加,织物抗纰裂性能未呈线性规律变化;组织为斜纹时,织物抗纰裂性能呈明显的线性规律性增加。总体上,组织为平纹、纬密为14根/cm、纬向线密度为27.8 tex薄型带类织物的抗纰裂性能最优。In order to effectively improve the anti-cracking performance of industrial strip fabrics, the effects of fabric structure, weft density and weft linear density on the anti-cracking performance of thin strip fabrics were discussed under certain warp strength and warp density. A total of 18 kinds of thin strips were woven by the modified weaving machine, and the joint cracking resistance was tested by the fixed slip method. The results showed that the anti-cracking performance of plain fabric was obviously better than that of twill fabric, and the fabric structure was the key factor affecting the anti-cracking performance of thin strip fabric. When the linear density of weft yarn was constant, with the increase of weft density, the anti-cracking performance of fabric was obviously improved linearly. When the weft density was constant and the fabric was plain, with the increase of weft linear density, the fabric anti-cracking performance did not change linearly. When the fabric was twill, the anti-cracking performance of the fabric increased linearly. In general, the anti-cracking performance of plain fabric with weft density of 14 threads per centimeter and weft linear density of 27.8 tex has the best anti-cracking performance.
