摘 要:针对《碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构技术规程》与《混凝土结构加固设计规范》2种现行标准中计算CFRP加固钢筋混凝土梁正截面粘贴面积存在差异的问题,分别从钢筋混凝土梁正截面加固计算与粘贴碳纤维布截面面积计算2个方面进行比较分析。可以看出《混凝土结构加固设计规范》中受弯构件正截面加固计算公式表达更简洁、条理更清晰。2个标准都考虑了2次受力的影响并强调“强剪弱弯”的设计原则,规定加固后正截面受弯承载力提高幅度不应超过40%,但《混凝土结构加固设计规范》还限制加固量不宜超过4层,即加固后正截面受弯承载力提高幅度约为10%/层。通过工程加固改造应用算例进行计算发现:分别采用《混凝土结构加固设计规范》与《碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构技术规程》计算碳纤维布的粘贴面积比值为1.17,《碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构技术规程》计算偏于保守;而《混凝土结构加固设计规范》计算值偏大,需要进行验证,避免在加固设计时造成浪费。In view of the difference in the calculation of the normal section bonding area of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP in the two existing standards of Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structures with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Laminate and Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structure, the calculation of the normal section strengthening of reinforced concrete beams and the calculation of the cross-sectional area of bonded carbon fiber sheets are compared.It can be seen that the calculation formula of normal section reinforcement of flexural members in Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structure is more concise and clear. Both standards take into account the influence of secondary stress and emphasize the design principle of “strong shear and weak bending ”. It is stipulated that the increase of flexural capacity of normal section after reinforcement should not exceed 40 %, but Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structure also limits the reinforcement amount not to exceed four layers, namely, the increase of flexural capacity of normal section after reinforcement is about 10 % per layer. Through the calculation of the application example of engineering reinforcement and reconstruction, it is found that the ratio of the adhesive area of carbon fiber cloth calculated by Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structure and Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structures with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Laminate is 1.17, and the calculation of Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structures with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Laminate is conservative. The calculation value of Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structure is too large, which needs to be verified to avoid waste in reinforcement design.
