摘　　要：正如移动通信网络技术的演进是一个逐步替代的过程,国际漫游TAP和BCE这两种结算机制必将长期共存。在当前形势下,如何继续沿用TAP文件满足新技术场景以及BCE结算机制对资费模式的要求,将给国际漫游资费批价系统带来新的考验。提出资费批价系统设计思路,为建设实时、准确和高效的批价服务系统提供一定参考。Just as the evolution of mobile communication network technology,the two settlement mechanisms of international roaming TAP and BCE will surely coexist for a long time.Under the current situation,how to continue to use TAP and BCE to meet the requirements of new technology scenarios will bring new challenges to the international roaming tariff rating system.This paper proposes the design idea of tariff rating system in order to provide a reference for the development of a real-time,accurate and efficient rating service system.
