肿瘤内科护理人员工作压力及相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤内科护理人员工作压力及相关影响因素。方法选取2020年1—12月山东省滨州市滨州医学院附属医院的20名肿瘤内科护理人员为研究对象,调查肿瘤内科护理人员工作压力及相关影响因素。结果不同的职称、文化程度以及年龄的肿瘤内科护理人员工作压力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素结果分析发现,文化程度、年龄及职称是肿瘤内科护理人员工作压力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论通过掌握肿瘤内科护理人员工作压力,例如工作负荷、患者护理、护理专业、人际关系以及工作环境,分析其相关影响因素主要有年龄、文化程度及职称,为改善措施的制定提供了必要支持。Objective To analyze the work stress and related influencing factors of nursing staff in the Department of Medical Oncology.Methods Selected 20 medical oncology nursing staff from the affiliated hospital of Binzhou Medical College,Binzhou City,Shandong Province from January to December 2020 as the research object,and master the work pressure and related influencing factors of medical oncology nursing staff through investigation.Results Compared the work pressure of medical oncology nursing staff with different professional titles,education level and age,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the analysis of multifactorial results found that the educational level,age and professional title were the influencing factors affecting the work pressure of medical oncology nursing staff(P<0.05).Conclusion Through mastering the work pressure of medical oncology nursing staff,such as work load,patient care,nursing specialty,interpersonal relationship and work environment,it was analyzed that the main influencing factors were age,education level and professional title,which provided necessary support for the formulation of improvement measures.
